Health-Dance
is an innovative method with special exercises to keep women`s bodies fit outside and inside as well. It is a fusion of three main parts:
- a workout for skeletal muscles, especially those often causing concern for women such as the hips, bums and the abdomen as well as the waist, sides and chest. These exercises are based on easy to follow dance steps, a more dance-like than aerobics, less dynamic than Zumba, quite simple for any age group and do not require any prior training.
- a workout for the deeper muscles of the abdomen and the pelvic floor muscles. These are also dance-based exercises inspired by the work of Aviva Steiner. Her exercises, postures and movements train the muscles as well as are designed to boost the hormone production controlling the area.

- exercises to be able to feel, identify, consciously move, even isolate parts of the pelvic floor. They are inspired by the approach of Andrea Kriston. Her method provides all the scientific and medical background to her exercises and the ways to teach not only the body but the mind as well to control these invisible, “secret”, still important muscles.

Just a little time and lots of benefits for ourselves.
