One-on-one training is
also available, when we learn about * the anatomy of the pelvic area and what we are actually doing while exercising it, * we learn to sense and move the pelvic floor muscles * and of course learn easy dance steps to make our feminine training more enjoyable. You will have an awareness of your body and a tool how to keep it healthy. * One 15 min, * one 30 min and * the whole 1 hour routine, so you can then choose which one to fit into your day - if you prefer to have your own schedule instead of the commitment to join a group from week to week. 3 2-hour sessions are usually enough to go home happily and start exercising at home.
